Apple Arcade is adding two new puzzle games to its subscription catalog on September 3: Block Blast!+, one of the most-played block-stacking games on mobile, and Art of Fauna: Cozy Puzzles+, the 2025 App Store Award winner for Cultural Impact, according to Apple. Both titles join existing Arcade favorites Grindstone, Flow Free+, and Crossword Jam+. The service costs $6.99 per month with a one-month free trial, or comes bundled into Apple One's Individual, Family, and Premier plans.

Block Blast!+ challenges players to slot falling blocks onto a grid to clear rows and columns, a simple formula that made the free-to-play original a global top-chart fixture. Hungry Studio developed the game; on Arcade, it drops the ads and in-app purchases found in the standalone release in exchange for the subscription's usual ad-free terms.

Art of Fauna: Cozy Puzzles+ takes a different pace: slower, jigsaw-style puzzles from developer Klemens Strasser paired with narrative vignettes about wildlife and conservation. The game won Apple's 2025 App Store Award for Cultural Impact, an honor Apple credits partly to its accessibility features and unhurried structure, and Arcade's version brings the same design over to a subscription-only release.

The addition continues Apple's pattern of pulling proven hits, whether originally free-to-play or ad-supported, into Arcade's ad-free catalog rather than commissioning exclusives from scratch. Both puzzlers arrive September 3 alongside a run of other Arcade content updates already on the calendar: 28 new sticker packs in puffies. on August 12, additional levels rolling out weekly in Simon's Cat - Blast Time starting August 20, and a milestone update to stitch. on August 26.
