Sony's debut pair of wireless speakers for PlayStation, the Pulse Elevate, reach Southeast Asia on November 12 in Midnight Black and White, with pre-orders opening September 2 at local retailers.
The launch details, published on PlayStation's update, set recommended retail prices of SGD 319, MYR 1,099, THB 8,499, PHP 14,709, and VND 6,999,000, with availability varying by market and retailer. The speakers, first shown during a State of Play broadcast, extend the audio approach of the Pulse Elite headset and Pulse Explore earbuds, putting planar magnetic drivers into a speaker design.
Every unit houses studio-inspired planar magnetic drivers with integrated woofers, and on PS5 the driver technology renders game audio through Tempest 3D AudioTech, placing cues with precision. PlayStation Link adds ultra-low latency, lossless connectivity to PS5, PC, Mac, and PlayStation Portal through a USB-C-compatible adapter, while simultaneous Bluetooth lets the game's audio play over Link as music or voice chat streams from a second device.
A mic built into the right unit applies AI noise rejection for headset-free voice chat. A rechargeable battery supports on-the-go play with a PlayStation Portal over Link or a mobile device over Bluetooth, and included charging docks return the speakers to a desktop setup. Volume controls are built in, orientation can be horizontal or vertical, and EQ, sidetone, and mic mute adjust from system menus on PS5 and PC, with PC options available after launch. White availability is while supplies last from direct.playstation.com where available, and availability may vary by country.
