Beats 360 gives the Beats over-ear lineup something it has never had: ear and headband cushions that lift off and swap, so one pair can change color or trade plush padding for a knit built to survive a workout.

Beats 360 can be ordered now for $349.99 in the U.S. and more than 100 countries and regions, with in-store availability from September 24, according to Beats. It comes in Black, Cloud, Pink, and Sky, each paired with color-matched Performance Knit cushions. Separate kits cover both the earcups and the headband: Performance Knit adds Navy and Volt to those four shades, while an UltraPlush version in engineered leather is offered in Black and Cloud.

Kit pricing shows where Beats wants early buyers to go. A kit normally lists at $49.99, but through October 31 the company is charging $9.99 in select markets, among them the U.S., Canada, the U.K., France, Australia, South Korea, and China, with a limit of three per customer. Beats is also cutting Beats Studio Pro to $299.99, which leaves the older model $50 below the newcomer.

On sound, Beats describes custom drivers with three-layer diaphragms and dual neodymium magnets, plus the strongest noise canceling it has shipped. That noise claim needs a careful read. Beats cites up to 1.75x more combined active and passive noise cancellation, yet the benchmark is its own Beats Studio Pro under a lab test standard, so the figure says nothing direct about how Beats 360 compares with rival flagships. Nine MEMS microphones share noise-canceling and voice duties, and the feature list also includes Adaptive EQ and Personalized Spatial Audio with head tracking.

Beats says the Beats 360 is its first over-ear headphone with an IPX4 sweat and water resistance rating, which matters more now that one cushion option is pitched at training. The company rates battery life at up to 32 hours with noise canceling and spatial audio on, dropping to 24 hours in Transparency mode according to its own test notes, and a five-minute USB-C charge is said to add up to an hour of playback.

Beats 360 relies on a custom Beats chip to pair with both platforms. iPhone owners get one-touch pairing, Automatic Switching, and Find My, while Android users get Fast Pair and Find Hub. Beats also lists 80 percent recycled plastic across parts including the ear cups, the highest share in any Beats product, and a fold-flat frame that travels in an included woven ripstop case.
